7 Day Food...Not Meds Detox Reset

The next Detox Reset session will start on January 6th. Enrollment ends on January 3rd, so you will have time to shop and get prepared for your week of TRANSFORMATION!
Why Detox??
If you say yes to at least 4 of the following, then a guided detox might be for you!
- I experience gastrointestinal issues, such as bloating, gas, diarrhea, and/or constipation.
- I am experiencing hormonal imbalance symptoms, such as hair loss, hot flashes, acne, brain fog, low energy, and lack of focus.
- I am not happy with my weight and/or body composition.
- I am not confident in my overall health and ability to age well and avoid the nursing home.
- My diet is not 75% whole, plant foods, so I am not getting enough fiber.
- My idea of hydration is coffee in the morning and a good cup of wine before bed.
- I exercise less than 2 hours a week.
- Sleep? What's that? I am not getting at least 7-8 hours of RESTFUL sleep each night.
What you can expect....
- Daily interaction with Kelli
- Current health assessment guide and instructions on how to set yourself up for a successful reset, and how to measure your progress
- Education regarding the detox process and how to reset your gut with an anti-inflammatory diet
- Guided instructions for the preparation and execution of the reset, to include a Batch Cooking Guide, how to shop for a whole foods detox, and a recipe collection for inspiration
- Opportunity to continue the process with a Keep the Momentum Group Coaching program that will last an additional 60 days.
