If you are concerned about how the medical system may be ignoring or misrepresenting the science of nutrition as it relates to our health, this Club is for you!
We gather monthly in locations around the country, sampling great food and engaging in lively discussion about our health and how it's impacted by food and drug industries.

They say the best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago, and the next best time is today.
I feel that way about teaching kids to LOVE healthier, unprocessed, whole foods. Things like beans, potatoes, whole grains, fruit, and vegetables. The BEST time to teach them is when you are introducing them to food as babies. If you didn't do that and wish you had, then the NEXT best time is TODAY.
